We are building a strong team for making our innovations reach their beneficiaries, for which we are looking for a smart professional to drive our Human Resources and Administrative activities to ensure operational excellence, efficiency and happiness of the entire team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in human resource practices and objectives that will deliver an exceptional experience to employees throughout their journey – from hiring, onboarding, developing their skills, and off-boarding
- Oversee the interview and hiring process for all positions
- Assist in facilitate, and improve quarterly goal-setting that includes performance development plans
- Update and maintain employee handbook of policies and procedures, keeping it up to date and in compliance with applicable regulations and industry best practices
- Manage leave requests and online HR management system
- Foster transparency and interdepartmental communication through innovative approaches
- Keeping track and maintaining all personnel records eg. Offer Letters, Employee agreements, NDAs etc
- Planning and coordinating activities and events – team outings, company parties, in-office events, etc.
- Managing company’s general administrative activities and providing support to employees
- Handling procurement and renewal of all administration licenses for the company
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of office, and maintain office supply inventory
- Act as primary liaison between the company and office building management (e.g., repairs, building code compliance, etc.)
- Start-up attitude is a must: quick execution, self-drive and willingness to work long hours
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to deliver clear, concise information to partners, clients and team
- Having an organized approach to managing work and responsibilities
